Our story
It began with a passion for living wines
The adventure began almost six years ago, when we opened our beautiful wine cellar in Tervuren. Passionate about living and authentic wines, we imagined this place as a space for meeting, sharing and discovery — a place where we could tell the wonderful stories of winemakers who practise their craft with love and respect for both people and nature.
That is how Chill Living Wines was born.

Under new ownership
A new chapter for the Tervuren cellar
The wine cellar in Tervuren will live on — but as an entirely new venture. It is being taken over by Kathleen Van den Berghe, who will reopen the space under her own name, brand and project, distinct from Chill Living Wines.
Known for her work at Château de Minière and Château de Suronde, Kathleen brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and a deep love of wine — a passion recognised at the very highest level when she earned the prestigious Master of Wine title in 2025, one of the most respected distinctions in the wine world.
The venue stays in caring hands: Katelijne will continue to manage it in Tervuren.

What comes next
Still chilling, still sharing
As for Chill Living Wines, the adventure will continue through a new project that we will be delighted to unveil very soon.
In the meantime, orders can still be placed for Chill, and — if you wish — you are warmly invited to continue your collaboration in Tervuren with Kathleen and Katelijne.
