It is indeed a splendid clay hillside inserted at an altitude of more than 550 meters between two mountain ranges in eastern Tuscany. \nThis rare position (it is the only vineyard located on this hillside) allows it to develop a Pinot Noir of magnificent freshness and of a rare complexity. This is very probably one of the greatest red wines in Italy.
