For this reason, he has therefore firstly planted hybrid and resistant grape varieties, including Johaniter, Regent and Pinotin. Because of their natural resistance to all kinds of diseases, intervention in the vineyard is hardly necessary. This then extends to other aspects of viticulture and vinification, where sustainable and organic practices are the norm. Chemicals, for instance, are out of the question.
