The operating building is located in the heart of the village.\nIt constitutes the ground floor of Mr Petit’s house that he fitted out in order to to host the vinification and aging workshop,\nbottle storage, public reception.\nFrom the vines to the bottling, everything is done to respect the natural qualities of the fruit and then of the wines.\nThe harvest is done by hand. The grapes are sorted on the plot then brought back in boxes to the cellar.
